This video shows my habit of loving and hating myself. As the video shows, I often fall into a state where I hate myself so much that I even want to make myself disappear. Nevertheless, I should love myself away from this state of self-loathing. But before long, I'm in a state of self-loathing again. This repetition of hating and loving myself is like a never-ending habit for me.
